Community Manager and Content Writer

SR BPO is hiring a Community Manager and Content Writer to be the voice of our brand. You will write the content that goes out - posts, blogs, newsletters and case studies - and manage the conversations that come back. We want a strong writer in English who can turn a business services company into content people actually want to read, and who enjoys engaging with an audience daily. This is an onsite, day-shift role based at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. You will work regular business hours. What you'll do: - Write social posts, blog articles, newsletters and case studies - Manage comments, DMs and community engagement across channels - Build and maintain the content calendar with the social team - Develop and hold our brand voice - Turn client wins into stories and case studies

- 2+ years in content writing, community management or similar - Excellent written English (mandatory) - Writing samples or a published portfolio - Comfortable engaging with an audience daily - Basic SEO understanding for blog content - Based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, able to work onsite
