Junior Performance Marketer (Marketing Data & CRM)

SR BPO is hiring a Junior Performance Marketer to help run our paid campaigns and keep our marketing data and CRM clean and useful. You will work across Meta and Google Ads, track what each campaign produces, and make sure every lead is captured and followed up properly in the CRM. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who is genuinely comfortable with numbers and wants to grow into full-funnel performance marketing. This is an onsite, day-shift role based at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. You will work regular business hours. What you'll do: - Support setup and daily management of paid campaigns on Meta and Google - Track spend, leads, cost per lead and conversion - Maintain CRM hygiene: lead capture, stages, deduplication, follow-up tracking - Build simple dashboards and weekly reports - Help connect forms, landing pages and CRM so no lead is lost

- 1+ year in performance marketing, marketing ops or a strong internship - Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads - Comfortable in spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis) - Exposure to any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Salesforce or similar) - Detail-oriented with clean data habits - Based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, able to work onsite
