Senior Graphic and Motion Designer

SR BPO is looking for a Senior Graphic and Motion Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand. You will design across social, web, decks and video, and bring motion into our storytelling - turning a services business into something that looks sharp and modern. This is a senior role. We want someone with strong opinions, a real portfolio, and the ability to take a brief and run with it. This is an onsite, day-shift role based at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. You will work regular business hours. What you'll do: - Design social creatives, ads, decks and web assets - Produce motion graphics and short-form video - Own and evolve brand guidelines - Turn briefs from marketing into finished creative - Mentor junior designers and review their work

- 4+ years in graphic design with motion experience - Strong portfolio (mandatory - applications without one will not be reviewed) - Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro - Motion graphics and short-form video editing - Figma for web and UI assets - Based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, able to work onsite
