Senior Sales Representative

SR BPO is hiring an experienced Tele Sales Representative for an onsite night-shift role at our Gulberg Greens office. You will contact prospective customers, understand their needs, explain relevant services, handle objections confidently, follow up on warm and cold leads, and convert qualified conversations into sales. You will maintain accurate call notes, meet individual and team targets, and provide a professional customer experience throughout every conversation.

Fluent spoken and written English; Previous tele sales or call centre sales experience (no freshers); Based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad; Comfortable working the night shift onsite in Gulberg Greens; Confident objection handling and persuasive communication; Target-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
