Social Media Manager

SR BPO is looking for a Social Media Manager to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X. You will plan and publish content, grow our audience, run community engagement, and work with the design team to turn our BPO story into content that attracts clients and talent. This is an onsite, day-shift role based at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. You will work regular business hours. What you'll do: - Build and own the monthly social content calendar - Write and publish posts across all channels - Grow followers and engagement with a clear strategy - Brief designers on creative and review output - Track performance and report on what works - Stay ahead of platform and format trends

- 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency - Strong written English - Hands-on with LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram and X - Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools - Portfolio or live accounts you have managed - Based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, able to work onsite
